How can I access your payment method?


Once you have passed identity checks, you will be provided login details for the Fintellity portal

How do Fintellity QR Payments work?
  1. Log into the Portal on any device
  2. Enter the amount & generate the QR Code
  3. Customer scans the code
  4. Customer authorises the payment through their banking app
Can we add our own reference to the payment?


Yes. The portal will automatically populate a reference that you can override and edit

How long does settlement take?


Fintellity facilitates payments on the UK Faster Payment rails so you should expect to received funds instantly but please allow up to a maximum of 2 hours

How can we see whether a payment was successful?


The Fintellity Portal will display all transactions and their status

Does the customer need a Fintellity app to pay?


No. Scanning the QR Code will direct them to their online banking app with a pre- populated payment to consent

    Our current focus is the UK ecosystem, but we plan to launch globally and process international payments in the near future

    What should we do if we have any technical issues?


    You will be sent a Welcome Pack which will provide contact details of our Support Team

    How does Fintellity’s fee structure work?


    We pride ourselves on our flat rate fee which is applicable to every transaction regardless of the transaction value. You will be invoiced monthly for the amount of transactions processed

    Will we be charged VAT?


    VAT will be added on to the total amount of transaction fees
